If you’re looking to set up indoors, a door opening that’s at least 5 feet wide and a standard 120V outlet is all we need. If you want to set up outside where there is no power, we can bring a quiet generator (extra fee).
Once we confirm that we are available on your date, a 50% deposit is due along with a signed contract to secure Sip for your event. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. If your event is within 45 days the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Yes! Feel free to bring your own bartender or take advantage of our complete package and use ours. We’ll provide one, or more, certified bartenders for your event.
Our mobile carts are versatile, equipped with 7 taps that can pour various beverages, including prosecco, draft beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, juices, sodas and more! Whether you’re interested in alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, we have everything you need to make your next event unforgettable.

Please note state and provincial laws prevent us from supplying the alcohol. That means you, the venue or your caterer must supply the alcohol. Not to worry, as we’ll provide you with our supplier’s contact information so you can purchase beverages at wholesale prices and arrange delivery right to your event!

Determining how much alcohol you need for your event can be tricky! Luckily, we have a drink calculator that will help you plan and estimate what beverages will be needed for your event. Our calculator takes into account various event details, including:

  • The number of guests attending your event
  • How much your guests typically drink
  • How many hours you’ll be serving and more!
There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added onto each package price.

We carry general liability insurance, and each bartender has the appropriate certification to serve alcohol in your state.

Cancellations 60 days, or more, prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations 31-59 days prior to the event will receive a refund of 50% of their deposit. Cancellations within the 30 day period prior to the event will not receive a refund.
The Sip Social Co. provides the ultimate bar experience with our unique Italian Piaggio Ape mobile bar cart equipped to serve your guest’s beer, wine, bubbles, custom cocktails, cold brew, mocktails, and a variety of other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks through our proprietary Instant Beverage Chiller system. Our full-service bar has all the bar tools to make your next party memorable.
Our amount of bartenders depends on how many guests you have on your event date. We provide one certified bartender for events smaller than 100 guests and two bartenders for events larger than 100 guests.
State and Provincial Laws prevent us from providing alcohol. That means you, the venue, or your caterer must supply the alcohol for your mobile bar cart rental...we will take it from there! If needed, we can provide our supplier’s contact information so you can purchase alcohol at our wholesale rates!
Absolutely! Not only does serving beverages through our tap system improve the guest experience by speeding up service, but it also eliminates a tremendous amount of waste, which decreases your alcohol cost. Not to mention, your guests will remember their experience for years to come!
No, we will automatically add a 20% gratuity to your total mobile bar trailer rental package price.
No, and you won't hurt our feelings if you work with a caterer for your event. They are more than welcome to staff and stock the bar truck rental. Remember, when you rent our mobile bar carts, you are responsible for any damage, so make sure you are comfortable with the caterer and their staff.
As long as there is a double door at least 6’ wide, our mobile bar for rent will fit.
Our mobile bar cart only requires a standard 120V outlet, so we can set up just about anywhere, indoors or outdoors. If located outdoors with no power source nearby, don't worry; we can bring a quiet generator.
We have legs, wheels, and love to travel! Contact us with more details about your event, and we will be happy to provide you with a quote for an extended travel fee.
