FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

For an indoor venue, we only need an entrance at least 5 feet wide and access to a standard 120V power outlet. For outdoor events in areas without electricity, we offer the option to include a quiet generator for a minimal additional charge.

After confirming we are available for your function, we require a 50% deposit and a signed contract to secure Sip for your big day. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the date of your event. If your event is within 45 days, we require you to pay the full amount at the time of booking.

Once we confirm availability for your date, a 50% deposit and a signed contract are required to secure Sip Social Co. for your event. The final balance is due 30 days before your event. If your event is less than 45 days away at the time of booking, the total amount is due when booking.

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own bartender(s). Alternatively, you can opt for our full service, which includes one or more certified bartenders suited for your event size. Additional servers can be arranged for gatherings of over 200 guests.

Our mobile bar carts are equipped with 7 taps capable of serving a diverse array of beverages, including wine, prosecco, draft beer, sodas, and juice. We also have the capability to serve craft cocktails. We can offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options to suit your needs

Please note, that under California law, we cannot supply the alcohol. You or your chosen caterer will need to provide it. We'll happily share our supplier's details for you to obtain alcohol at wholesale rates and arrange delivery for your function. For non-alcoholic drinks, we can supply everything from mocktails and cold brew to nitro coffee, kombucha, juices, and sodas.

Figuring out the right amount of alcohol to buy can be complex. We simplify this with our drink calculator, which considers the number of guests, average consumption per person, and the duration of your function, helping you make the perfect estimate.

You won't have to worry about tipping on the day of your event; we add a 20% gratuity to each of our package prices.

Sip is fully insured with general liability insurance, and our bartenders have certification to serve alcohol safely and professionally.

If you cancel at least 60 days before your event, you will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made 31-59 days before the event will result in a 50% refund of your deposit. Unfortunately, deposits for cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
