Hello there, I’m Shonnell, the face behind Sip Social Boulder. I’ve always had a niche for party planning, decorating and bringing people together, whether it’s a tailgate, wedding, birthday party, or a corporate event and having a mobile bar allows for me to take that to the next level.
Based right here in the Denver/Boulder area, I get to combine my love of good mocktails or cocktails with my passion for great hospitality. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
For indoor locations, we need a doorway that is at least 5 feet wide and a standard 120V power outlet. If your event is outdoors without access to power, we can supply a quiet generator for an additional fee.
Yes, to secure Sip Colorado for your event, a signed contract and a 50% deposit are necessary. The rest is due 30 days before your event. For events scheduled within 45 days, full payment is required when booking.
Absolutely! You can bring your own bartenders if you prefer. Alternatively, you can choose our complete bartending service package, which includes one or more of our certified bartenders.
Our tap trucks have 7 taps that can dispense various beverages, including draft beer, wine, prosecco, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks, including mocktails, juices, and sodas.
Please note that due to state laws, we cannot supply the alcohol. However, we can connect you with our suppliers for wholesale prices and delivery directly to your event.
Estimating the right amount of alcohol can be challenging, but we provide a drink calculator to assist you. This tool considers the number of guests, their drinking preferences, the types of beverages, and the event duration.
There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added on to each package price.
Our certified bartenders are licensed to serve alcohol in Colorado, and we carry general liability insurance for your peace of mind.
