FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If your event is located indoors, we just need a door opening that is at least five feet wide and a standard 120V outlet. If your event is outdoors, we just need access to a standard 120V outlet. If you don’t have any power at your event, we can bring a quiet generator for an additional fee.
After confirming our availability for your event, we require a 50% deposit and a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event date. If your event is within 45 days, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Absolutely! You can bring your own bartender or take advantage of our complete package and use ours. We can provide one or more certified bartenders for your event.
Our mobile bar carts are equipped with seven taps that can pour various beverages, such as, but not limited to:
- Alcoholic drinks:
- Signature cocktails
- Prosecco
- Draft beer
- Wine
- Non-alcoholic beverages:
- Lemonade
- Mocktails
- Juices
- Soda
Please note that Alberta provincial laws prevent us from supplying alcohol. This means you, the venue, or your caterer must supply the alcohol. But don’t worry—we’ll provide you with our supplier’s contact information so you can purchase beverages at wholesale prices and arrange delivery right to your event!
Determining the amount of alcohol you need can be challenging! That’s why we have a drink calculator that can help you plan and estimate what beverages you need for your event. Our calculator takes into account various event details, including:
- How many hours you’re serving
- How much your guests typically drink
- The number of guests attending your event
There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added to each package price.
Sip carries general liability insurance, and each of our bartenders has the appropriate certification to serve alcohol in your province.
