Hi, I’m Dave, founder of Sip Social Charlotte. I started this mobile bar business with one goal in mind: To make celebrations in the Charlotte area unforgettable. Charlotte has an incredible energy, it’s a city that blends Southern hospitality with modern style, and I wanted to capture that spirit in the way people experience their events.
Too often, bar setups feel standard and out of place, not reflecting the personality or style of the occasion. With Sip Social Charlotte, every detail is crafted to match your vision, from signature cocktails and curated drink menus to a stylish mobile bar that becomes part of the atmosphere itself.
My mission is to bring convenience, quality, and a personal touch to events across Charlotte and the surrounding communities, so you and your guests can relax, enjoy, and remember the celebration for years to come. Some of my favorite events have ranged from weddings and birthday parties to a corporate gathering at the Masters Golf Tournament. Whether right here at home or on a big stage, the goal is always the same: creating memorable experiences where great drinks and great people come together.

Indoors, just ensure there’s a doorway that’s 5 feet wide and access to a standard 120V outlet, and we’re all set. Opting for an outdoor setup without power? No worries! We’ll roll in with our quiet generator (note: there’s an additional charge for this).
Yes, once we’ve locked in your date, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit and a signed agreement to officially reserve a Sip Social bar cart for your celebration. The balance is due 30 days before your event kicks off. If you're planning last-minute and we're talking less than 45 days out, we’ll need the full payment to secure your booking.
Absolutely! While we love showcasing our professional staff, you're more than welcome to bring your own or opt for our all-inclusive mobile bartending service, which comes with amazing certified bartending professionals to serve your event.
Our mobile bartending carts are come fully equipped with 7 taps, ready to dispense a variety of beverages from prosecco and draft beer to wine, signature cocktails, mocktails, juices, and sodas. Dreaming of a specific drink menu? We’ve got you covered, whether it’s spirited or spirit-free.
Please note, local laws prevent us from supplying the alcohol directly for private gatherings. But don’t worry! We can provide you with our supplier’s details so you can get your drinks at wholesale prices and arrange for direct delivery to your venue.
Figuring out the perfect amount of alcohol for your event can be difficult. You don’t want to run out!
In order to determine how much alcohol you need, we recommend using our drink calculator that accounts for the size of your guest list, their drinking preferences, and the duration of your event to ensure you’re well-stocked.
There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added onto each package price.
Yes, we carry comprehensive general liability insurance, and our bartenders are certified to serve alcohol in North Carolina, ensuring a worry-free experience for your event.
