We require a doorway at least 5 feet wide and access to a standard 120V outlet for indoor events. If you're hosting an outdoor event without power, we can provide a quiet generator for an extra charge.
Absolutely! To secure Sip Colorado Springs for your occasion, you must sign a contract and pay a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. For events booked within 45 days, the full payment is required at the time of reservation.
Yes, you can bring your own bartenders! Alternatively, you can choose our all-inclusive package that comes with certified bartenders.
Our tap trucks feature 7 taps, enabling you to serve various beverages, including prosecco, draft beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks like mocktails, juices, and sodas.
Please note that, due to state regulations, we cannot supply alcohol. You, your venue, or your caterer must provide the alcohol. When you book our mobile carts, we can provide the contact information for our supplier so you can purchase drinks at wholesale prices and arrange delivery to your event.

Determining the right amount of alcohol for your event can be tricky. Our drink calculator simplifies the process by estimating your beverage needs based on the number of guests, their typical drinking habits, preferred drink types, the duration of service, and more!
There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added onto each package price.
Our certified bartenders are licensed to serve alcohol in Colorado Springs, and we also carry general liability insurance for additional coverage.
