Hi, I’m Erin, and I’m so excited to bring Sip Social Co. to Columbia! I’ve always loved planning parties and celebrating life’s big (and small!) moments, so starting my own mobile bar business here in the Midlands after moving to SC from Chicago was a dream come true. From gorgeous weddings in Columbia to fun birthday bashes in Lexington, I love helping hosts create unforgettable memories with a bar experience that guests won’t stop talking about.
My favorite part? Seeing everyone gathered together, laughing, clinking glasses, taking selfies, and having the best time. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate happy hour, sip & shop event, or a just-because party, Sip Social Co. Columbia is here to make it extra special – one pour at a time!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
For indoor setups, we only need a door opening of at least 5 feet wide and access to a standard 120V outlet. If you’re hosting an outdoor event without power, we can provide a quiet generator for an additional fee.
Yes, after securing Sip Columbia for your event, we ask that you sign a contract and submit a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. For events booked within 45 days, the full payment is required at the time of booking.
Absolutely! You can bring your own bartender or hire one through our complete package, which includes certified bartending services.
Our tap trucks feature seven taps that can pour practically any drink you want, including cocktails, prosecco, draft beer, wine, or non-alcoholic beverages like mocktails, juices, and sodas.
Please note that state laws do not allow us to supply the liquor. That means you, the venue, or your caterer must supply the alcohol. When you book our mobile carts for your event, we can connect you with our supplier so you can buy drinks at wholesale prices and get them delivered right to your event!
Estimating the right amount of alcohol for your event can feel overwhelming, but we’ve got you covered! We have a drink calculator to help you plan and estimate the beverages needed for your event. Our calculator takes into account various event details, including:
- The number of attendees at your gathering
- How much your guests typically drink
- The type of drinks each guest prefers
- The duration of your event and more!
There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added to each package price.
Each certified bartender has the appropriate certification to serve alcohol in South Carolina. We also carry general liability insurance.
