We can accommodate parties located indoors or outdoors. If your event is indoors, we just need a door opening that’s at least 5 feet wide and a standard 120V outlet. If you’re hosting an event in an outdoor location with no power, we can bring a quiet generator for an extra charge.
Once we confirm that we are available on your date, a 50% deposit is due, along with a signed contract to secure Sip for your event. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. If your event is within 45 days, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Yes, you can bring your own bartender or take advantage of our full-scope special events package and use our team. We can provide one or more certified bartenders, depending on the size of your event.
Our mobile carts are versatile and equipped with 7 taps that can serve guests virtually any drink you want on your drink menu! Some drink options include:

- Prosecco
- Draft beer
- Wine
- Mocktails
- Juices
- Sodas
Whether you're interested in alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, we have everything you need to make the mobile bar experience seamless and your next event unforgettable.
Please note Texas state laws prevent us from supplying alcohol. That means you, the venue, or your caterer must supply the alcohol. Don't worry; we'll provide you with our supplier's contact information so you can purchase beverages at wholesale prices and arrange delivery right to your event!
We have a drink calculator that helps event planners determine how much alcohol will be needed for an event. Our calculator takes into account various event details, such as:
- The number of guests going to your event
- The amount of drinks guests will consume
- The duration of your event and more!
There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added onto each package price.
Each mobile bartender has the appropriate certification to serve liquor in Texas, and we carry general liability insurance.
While we don't provide a consumption bar-style service, we can implement a system where guests purchase drink tickets and pay for their own drinks.
