For indoor events, we need an entryway at least 5 feet wide and access to a standard 120V electrical outlet. If your outdoor venue doesn’t have power, no worries—we can bring a quiet generator for an additional fee.
Yes, a deposit is needed to secure your date with Sip Huntsville. Once you confirm your booking, we’ll ask you to sign a contract and provide a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. If your event is scheduled within 45 days, we require the full payment when booking
Of course! You can bring your own bartender if you’d like, or you can choose our comprehensive package, which includes one or more certified bartenders.
Our bar carts come with 7 taps that can serve almost any drink you can imagine, from cocktails and prosecco to draft beer, wine, and even non-alcoholic options like mocktails, juices, and sodas.
Please note that state regulations prevent us from providing the alcohol. You, your venue, or your caterer will need to supply it. When you book with us, we can connect you with our preferred supplier to purchase beverages at wholesale prices and arrange delivery directly to your event!
