If there is no Sip location currently available to serve your event, please keep us in mind for future events! We are always expanding into new locations across the USA and Canada, and we may open a location in your city in time for your next event.

Absolutely! Our Sip carts are fully customizable, from custom signage to drink menus to full brand activation. 

For indoor setups, ensure a doorway at least 5 feet wide and access to a standard 120V power outlet. Outdoor setups without electricity can be accommodated with our quiet generator, available for an additional fee.

To reserve Sip Social for your event, we require a 50% deposit and a signed contract upon confirming our availability for your date. The balance is due 30 days before the event. For bookings made within 45 days of the event, the full payment is required at booking.

Absolutely! You're welcome to use your own bartenders. Alternatively, you can choose to use our bartending services, which include one or more certified bartenders, depending on your guest count. 

Our mobile bar trucks are equipped to serve a wide range of beverages through seven taps, including prosecco, draft beer, wine, standard and signature cocktails, mocktails, juices, and sodas. We cater to both alcoholic and non-alcoholic preferences!

Please note that due to state and provincial regulations, we don’t supply the alcohol; however, we'll provide supplier contacts for purchasing alcohol at wholesale prices with delivery options for your event.

Our drink calculator is a helpful tool to estimate the amount of alcohol for your event. It considers factors such as the number of guests, average consumption, and service duration.

A 20% gratuity is conveniently included in each package price, so separate tipping isn't necessary.

We are covered by general liability insurance, and our bartenders are certified to serve alcohol in all of the states and provinces where we operate.

For cancellations more than 60 days before the event, the deposit is fully refundable. Cancellations between 31 to 59 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
