For indoor setups, we need a doorway at least 5 feet wide and access to a standard 120V outlet. If you’re hosting an outdoor event without power, we can bring a quiet generator for an extra fee.
Once we confirm that we are available on your date, a 50% deposit and signed contract are required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. If your event is within 45 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Of course! You’re welcome to bring your own bartender or choose our full-service package with one of our certified professionals. Our bartenders provide professional service and are a friendly addition to your event. Their goal is to make your night fun and one to remember!
Our mobile bar rental carts come with seven taps, allowing us to serve a variety of beverages, including prosecco, draft beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, juices, sodas, and more! Whether you're in the mood for alcoholic options or refreshing nonalcoholic choices, we’ve got it all—including some really good cocktails that your guests will love.
Please note: State laws prevent us from supplying alcohol. This means you, your venue, or your caterer must provide the drinks. But don’t worry! We’ll provide you with our supplier’s contact information so you can purchase beverages at wholesale prices and arrange delivery right to your event!

Yes! We carry general liability insurance, and all of our mobile bartenders are certified to serve alcohol in Ohio.
