FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
For indoor setups, we will need a door opening at least 5 feet wide and access to a standard 120V outlet. That's all! If your event is outdoors and lacks power access, we can provide our quiet generator to operate the cart for an additional fee.
A 50% deposit and a signed contract are necessary to secure one of our bar carts for your event. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to your event date. For events within 45 days, the full payment is required at the time of booking.
You bet! Use your own bartender(s) or choose our mobile bartending service. We like to think we have the best bartenders in San Antonio,TX, but we won’t be offended if you want to bring your own!
Our mobile carts are versatile and equipped with 7 taps that can pour whatever your guests like to drink, including prosecco, champagne, draft beer, wine, custom cocktails, mocktails, juices, sodas, and more!
Due to San Antonio laws, we cannot supply alcohol, but we can provide you with our supplier’s contact information so you can purchase beverages at wholesale prices and arrange delivery right to your venue!
Don’t run out of alcohol at your event! We have a drink calculator that will help you estimate how much alcohol (or non-alcoholic drinks) you will need.
There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added onto each package price.
We carry general liability insurance, and each mobile bartender has the appropriate certification to serve alcohol in Texas.
