There are various benefits to using our mobile bar for your next event. Unlike traditional bars, a mobile bar can be set up virtually anywhere, optimizing space and providing a flexible layout according to your needs. 

Another key advantage of mobile bar cart rentals from Sip Social Co. is that you can add your logo or favorite image to our mobile bars. This customization ensures a seamless integration into your event’s setting, effortlessly blending in with the overall style or theme. Additionally, the stylish mobile bar can become a focal point while encouraging crowd social interaction and creating a memorable experience for attendees.

No. Since we operate a “dry bar service” as our clients supply the alcohol, we operate under the liquor license of the venue or special events license obtained by the client.

All that’s required for indoor setups is a 5-foot wide door opening and a standard 120V outlet. For outdoor setups in an area without power, we can bring a quiet generator for an additional fee.

After confirming we are available for your event, we require a 50% deposit and a signed contract to secure Sip for your big day. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to the date of your event. If your event is within 45 days, we require you to pay the full amount at the time of booking.

Yes! Feel free to hire your own bartender or take advantage of our complete package and use our professional mobile bartenders. We’ll provide one or more certified bartenders for your event. If you’re having an event with 200+ guests, we can offer additional servers.

Our mobile carts are versatile and equipped with 7 taps that can pour a range of delicious cocktails and drinks, such as wine, prosecco, draft beer, sodas, and juice. We can provide both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, depending on your event needs. 

Please note that California laws prevent us from supplying the alcohol. Meaning, the venue, you, or your caterer must supply any liquor. Don’t worry; we’ll provide you with our supplier’s contact information so you can purchase beverages at wholesale prices and coordinate delivery right to your special event!

However, we can supply non-alcoholic beverages, such as mocktails, cold brew, nitro coffee, kombucha, juices, and sodas. 

As a host, determining how much alcohol you need to add to the shopping list for your event can be tricky! Luckily, we have a drink calculator designed to help you in planning and estimating the amount of drinks needed for your event. Our drink calculator takes into account a variety of event details, including:

  • How many guests are attending your event
  • Typical drink consumption per guest

How long you’ll be serving and more!

There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added onto each package price.

Sip carries general liability insurance, and each of our bartenders has the appropriate certification to serve liquor in San Diego.

If you cancel your event 60 days or more prior to the event, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel 31-59 days prior to the event date, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 30 days of your event, you will not receive a refund.
