Ruthie and Butch bring over 65 years of combined sales and marketing experience to their work. Ruthie has spent more than 35 years selling, producing and promoting over 300 consumer and bridal shows throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Butch brings 28 years of experience as a Global Account Manager with The Trane Company.
In addition, they owned and operated a major bakery business for 20 years, specializing in wedding and special-occasion cakes—giving them a deep, firsthand understanding of the wedding industry from both the event and vendor perspectives.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
For all indoor setups, we require a door opening of at least 5 feet wide and access to a standard 120V outlet. For an outdoor party location with no power, we can provide a quiet generator for an additional charge.
Yes! Once you’ve secured a Sip Waco mobile bar for your event, we need you to sign a contract and provide a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. If your event is within 45 days, we require the full amount when booking.
You bet! You’re more than welcome to bring your own bartender, or you can take advantage of our complete mobile bartending services package, which includes one or more certified bartenders.
Our tap trucks feature 7 taps that can pour virtually any drink you want, including draft beer, cocktails, wine, prosecco, or non-alcoholic beverages like mocktails, juices, and sodas.
Please note that state laws prevent us from supplying the alcohol. That means you, the venue, or your caterer must supply the alcohol. When you book our Waco-Tyler mobile bar carts for your event, we can connect you with our supplier’s contact information so you can buy drinks at wholesale prices and have them delivered right to your event!
Determining how much alcohol is needed for your event can be challenging! Luckily, we have a drink calculator to assist you in estimating the beverages needed for your event. Our calculator takes into account various event details, including:
- The number of guests attending your event
- How much your guests typically drink
- The type of beverages each guest will drink
- How many hours you'll be serving and more!
There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added onto each package price.
Each of our certified bartenders has the appropriate certification to serve alcohol in Waco-Tyler, TX. Additionally, we carry general liability insurance.
