For indoor setups, we require a door opening of at least 5 feet wide and access to a standard 120V outlet. If your party is in an outdoor location without power, we can provide a quiet generator for an additional charge.
Yes! To secure Sip Cincinnati for your event, you must sign a contract and provide a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. For bookings made within 45 days of the event, full payment is required upfront.
Of course! You’re welcome to bring your own bartender. Alternatively, you can take advantage of our complete package, which includes one or more certified bartenders to handle everything for you.
Our tap trucks feature 7 taps capable of serving any drinks you’d like, including cocktails, prosecco, draft beer, wine, or non-alcoholic beverages like mocktails, juices, and sodas.
Please note state laws prevent us from supplying the alcohol directly. That means you, the venue, or your caterer must supply the alcohol. When you book our mobile bar, we’ll happily connect you with our trusted suppliers to purchase drinks at wholesale prices and arrange delivery straight to your event.
Planning the right amount of alcohol can be tricky! Thankfully, we offer a drink calculator to help you plan and estimate the beverages needed for your event. Our calculator considers factors like:
- The number of guests attending your event
- The theme and location of your celebration
- How much your guests typically drink
- The type of beverages each guest will drink
- How many hours you'll be serving and more!

There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added onto each package price.
Our certified bartenders hold all necessary certifications to serve alcohol legally in Southwestern Ohio. Additionally, we carry general liability insurance to ensure your event runs smoothly and worry-free.
