FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
For indoor setups, we require an entrance with at least a 5-foot clearance and access to a standard 120V electrical outlet. For outdoor events without electrical access, we can bring a quiet generator for an additional charge.
Once we confirm our availability for your event date, a 50% deposit and a signed contract are due to reserve Sip for your special occasion. The final payment is expected 30 days before the event. For events scheduled within 45 days, the entire payment must be made at the time of booking.
Certainly! You are welcome to have your own bartender join, or you can opt for our comprehensive bar package, which includes our team of certified bartenders. We'll provide one or more certified bartenders for your event.
Our mobile bar carts are versatile, featuring 7 taps capable of dispensing a wide array of beverages such as prosecco, draft beer, wine, specialty cocktails, mocktails, juices, sodas, and more! Whether you're interested in alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, we have everything you need to make your next party memorable.
Please be aware that due to Florida state laws, we cannot provide the alcohol directly. You, your venue, or your catering service are responsible for providing the alcohol. But don’t worry; we're here to help by sharing our supplier, enabling you to buy drinks at wholesale prices and organize delivery right to your event location!
Determining how much alcohol you need for your event can be tricky! Luckily, we have a drink calculator that will help you plan and estimate what specialty drinks you’ll need to purchase for your event. Our calculator takes into account various event details, including:
- The number of guests you’re entertaining
- How much you think each guest will drink
- How many hours you'll be serving and more!
There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added onto each package price.
Yes! We are fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance, and each bartender has the appropriate certification to serve alcohol in Jacksonville, FL.
