No problem—we can supply a quiet generator for an additional charge, ensuring your event goes off without a hitch, whether you're beneath the oaks of City Park or along the riverfront.
Yes, securing our services for your chosen date entails a 50% deposit and a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. For those spontaneous celebrations planned within 45 days, full payment is required upon booking. It's all smooth sailing from there, guaranteeing a touch of NOLA charm at your gathering.
Yes, you're welcome to bring along your own bartender to serve your event. Alternatively, if you’re looking for the complete package, we offer certified, friendly professional bartenders who know just how to provide that Southern hospitality you’re looking for.
Our mobile bars are equipped with seven taps ready to dispense a wide array of beverages, from sparkling champagne and refreshing draft beer to elegant wines, creative cocktails, non-alcoholic mocktails, juices, and sodas. Whatever your preference, we're here to cater to the diverse tastes of your guests.
Please be aware that Louisiana laws don’t allow us to supply alcohol for your event. However, we're more than happy to connect you with our suppliers so you can purchase beverages at wholesale rates and have them delivered directly to your venue.
Our drink calculator is at your service! It considers the number of guests, their drinking preferences, and the duration of your event to help you estimate the right amount of alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages.
There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added onto each package price.
Absolutely. We are covered with general liability insurance, and each of our bartenders is certified to serve alcohol in Louisiana, ensuring peace of mind for your event.
