Hi, I’m Dianne, the owner of Sip Social Co. Long Island. I’m a mom and grandma, and my partner and I were looking for an opportunity that felt fun, fulfilling, and people-focused.
We’ve had the joy of being part of all kinds of events across Long Island—from large celebrations in the Hamptons to corporate golf outings and private backyard parties. Every event has been a blast, and we’ve been grateful for the amazing feedback we continue to receive.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If you’re looking to set up indoors, a door opening that’s at least 5 feet wide and a standard 120V outlet are all we need. If you want to set up outside where there is no power, we can bring a quiet generator for an extra fee.
Once we confirm that we are available on your date, a 50% deposit and signed contract are due to secure Sip for your event. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. If your event is within 45 days, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Of course! Feel free to bring your own bartender or take advantage of our complete package and use ours. We’ll provide one or more certified bartenders for your event. Our bartenders provide professional service and are extremely kind. Their goal is to make your night fun and one to remember!
Our versatile mobile carts feature 7 taps that can pour a wide array of beverages such as prosecco, draft beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, juices, sodas, and more! Whether you're in the mood for alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, we've got you covered. Our mobile bar rental carts offer everything you need to make your next event unforgettable, catering to all your bartending needs.
Please note State laws prevent us from supplying the alcohol. That means you, the venue, or your caterer must supply the alcohol. But don’t worry! We’ll provide you with our supplier’s contact information so you can purchase beverages at wholesale prices and arrange delivery right to your event!

Determining how much liquor you need for private parties can be tricky! Luckily, we have a drink calculator that will help you plan and estimate what beverages will be needed for your event. Our party planning calculator takes into account various event details, including:
- The number of guests attending your event
- How much your guests typically drink
- How many hours you’ll be serving and more!
There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added on to each package price.
We carry general liability insurance, and each mobile bartender has the appropriate certification to serve alcohol in New York.
