Hi, my name is Paul, and I’m proud to be the owner of Sip Social Central Jersey. As a longtime Jersey Shore resident, I’ve always loved the energy, community, and celebration that define this area.
I started this business because I’m passionate about bringing people together and elevating life’s special moments. Whether it’s a wedding in Rumson, a milestone birthday in Red Bank, a corporate event in Princeton, or a backyard celebration along the Shore, I believe every gathering deserves an experience that feels unique and memorable.
With our one-of-a-kind mobile bar setups, my goal is to create unforgettable moments for you and your guests serving great drinks with great vibes, no matter the occasion.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We require at least a 5-foot-wide door and a standard 120V outlet for indoor venues. For outdoor events without power, we offer a quiet generator at an extra charge.
After confirming availability for your event date, a 50% deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve Sip for your special day. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. If your event is within 45 days, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own certified bartenders. Alternatively, you can take advantage of our complete package, which includes one or more certified bartenders.
Our mobile carts are fully equipped with 7 taps, offering a wide range of beverages such as signature cocktails, draft beer, prosecco, wine, cocktails, mocktails, juices, sodas, and more! Whether you're looking for alcoholic or non-alcoholic options, we provide everything you need to make your next event truly memorable.
Due to New Jersey regulations, we are unable to supply alcohol directly. This means you, the venue, or your caterer must provide the alcohol for your event. Don’t worry, we’ll connect you with our trusted supplier so you can purchase beverages at wholesale prices and arrange delivery straight to your event!
However, we can provide a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including soda, mocktails, and juices, to keep everyone refreshed.

There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added onto each package price.
We hold general liability insurance, and all of our bartenders are certified to serve alcohol in New Jersey.
