For indoor setups, we only need a door at least 5 feet wide and access to a standard 120V outlet. Hosting an outdoor event without power? That is no problem. We can provide a quiet generator for an additional fee.
Yes! To confirm your booking with Sip Columbus, simply sign a contract and pay a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. We require full payment when events are booked within 45 days.
Of course! You can bring your own bartender or choose from our complete package, which includes one or more certified bartenders.
Our tap trucks have seven taps, allowing us to serve you various drinks, including cocktails, prosecco, draft beer, wine, or non-alcoholic beverages like mocktails, juices, and sodas.
Please note state laws prevent us from supplying the alcohol. That means you, the venue, or your caterer must supply the alcohol. When you book our mobile carts for your event, we can provide you with our supplier’s contact information so you can buy drinks at wholesale prices and arrange delivery right to your event!
Figuring the right amount of alcohol for your event can be tricky, but don’t worry– we’ve got a drink calculator to help! Our calculator takes into account various event details, including:
- The number of guests attending your event
- How much your guests typically drink
- The type of beverages each guest will drink
- The duration of the event and more!

There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added onto each package price.
Each certified bartender has the appropriate certification to serve alcohol in Southwestern Ohio. Additionally, we carry general liability insurance.
