For indoor events, we need a standard 120V outlet and a door opening that’s at least 5 feet wide. If your event is outdoors without power, we can provide a quiet generator for an additional fee.
Yes. To reserve Sip St. Louis for your event, you must sign a contract and pay a 50% deposit. The rest is due 30 days before your event. If your event is less than 45 days away, full payment is required when booking.
Yes! You’re welcome to hire your own bartender or opt for our comprehensive mobile bar service, which includes one or more certified bartenders, depending on the size of your event.
Our tap trucks are equipped with 7 taps, allowing us to serve various drinks, including signature cocktails, prosecco, draft beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options like juices, mocktails, and sodas.
Please note that due to state regulations, we cannot supply alcohol for your event. You, the venue, or your caterer must provide the alcohol. When you book our mobile carts, we can connect you with our supplier for wholesale pricing and delivery arrangements directly to your event!
Figuring out how much alcohol to purchase can be difficult! Fortunately, we have a drink calculator to help you estimate your beverage requirements. The calculator considers various factors, including:
- The number of guests at your event
- The typical consumption habits of your guests
- The types of beverages preferred by your guests
- The duration of the service and more!
There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added to each package price.
Our certified bartenders possess the necessary certifications to serve alcohol in Missouri, and we also maintain general liability insurance.
